Online Booking: After you book online, we will review your order within 24-48 hours to verify there is availability for the shuttle time you requested. We will email you a confirmation and payment receipt when your order has been confirmed. Your card will not be charged until your order is confirmed. 

Cancellation Policy: Within 3 hours of booking - full refund minus $15. After 3 hours of booking and 48 hours before trip: 50% refund or full voucher. Within 48 hours: non refundable unless you purchase the cancellation insurance.
